Introduce an ordinance to amend Clark County Code Title 8, Chapter 8.20, Section 8.20.479 regarding sport and convention pavilion licenses to include certain outdoor facilities; and to amend Clark County Code Title 8, Chapter 8.20 by deleting Section 8.20.020.215 - Master liquor license; and providing for other matters properly related thereto; and set a public hearing.
