Approve and Authorize the Deputy County Manager (DCM) or her designee to sign the Interlocal Agreement (Agreement) between University Medical Center (UMC) and Clark County (County) to reimburse UMC in an amount not to exceed $1,357,264 for capital equipment purchases and tenant improvement construction costs associated with supporting a Crisis Stabilization Center (CSC) located at 5409 East Lake Mead Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89156 (Assessor's Parcel Number 140-21-303-004); and authorize the DCM or her designee to sign any additional documents related to the management of the Agreement. (For possible action)
