Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management (Director) or her designee to sign a letter to extend the Interlocal Agreement between Clark County and Clark County School District for the use of 114 West Surprise Street, Searchlight, Nevada for the operation of a community and youth center (Agreement), now known as the Searchlight Youth Center; and authorize the Director or their designee to sign any other necessary documents related to management of the Agreement. (For possible action)
