Conduct a public hearing on the reallocation of unobligated/de-obligated Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement and administrative funds in the amounts of $6,800,000 for the Southern Nevada Children's Advocacy Center (SNCAC) and $3,700,000 to the James Down Towers Senior Public Housing Project; approve the reallocation; authorize the Community Housing Office Administrator, or her designee, to submit a 6th Substantial Amendment to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2024 Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to execute any necessary documents related thereto.
