Conduct a public hearing to review the project recommendations of the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) for FY 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program funds to support eligible projects; select projects for inclusion into the FY2025 HUD Annual Action Plan for an estimated total of $8,474,967 in FY 2025-2026 CDBG awards; adopt a contingency plan; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to (1) accept grant funds and allocate according to the chosen plan(s) of action, and (2) to execute any necessary documents related thereto. (For possible action)
