Conduct a public hearing to review the award recommendations of the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) for the FY 2025-2026 HUD Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds; select projects for inclusion into the FY2025 HUD Annual Action Plan, for a total of $735,457 in FY 2025-2026 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) program funds, to provide Homelessness Prevention services to individuals and families at risk of entering homelessness, as well as for Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) licensing for the comparable domestic violence database; and authorize the County Manager, or his designee, to (1) accept grant funds and allocate according to the chosen plan(s) of action, and (2) to execute any necessary documents related thereto.
