Approve and authorize the respective Chairs to sign an interlocal agreement between Clark County and Clark County Water Reclamation District for the construction of sanitary sewer facilities in conjunction with the County's Department of Public Works Warm Springs Road Improvements between Decatur Boulevard and Dean Martin Drive project. (Also sitting as the Clark County Water Reclamation District Board of Trustees) (For possible action)
