Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign a mutual compromise, settlement and release agreement between Clark County and Edouard P. Karam, Marie Karam, and Jean Edward Karam, owners of the property known as Assessor's Parcel Number 161-18-410-001, for a negotiated settlement arising out of infringement of the property resulting from the traffic signal pole constructed at Sandhill Road and Viking Road. (For possible action)
