Conduct a public hearing pursuant to NRS 288.153; and approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Clark County and the Nevada Service Employees Union (SEIU) Local 1107, for both the Supervisory and Non-Supervisory Units, effective July 1, 2024; and extend the same salary and benefit changes to non-union employees not covered by the SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement.
