Approve the award of Project 3112 All American Sports Park Demolition (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Baldwin Development LLC dba Baldwin Demolition (Morgan Baldwin, President), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
