Conduct a public hearing on a 5th Substantial Amendment regarding the cancellation of CDBG funding for The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas - Westside Bistro Renovation project, with a total funding of $1,262,534; approve the cancellation; and authorize the Community Housing Administrator, or her designee, to submit the amendment to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and the 2024 Annual Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
