Approve and ratify the acceptance of the grant award from the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Child and Family Services for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), in the amount of $3,804,562 effective December 16, 2024 through December 31, 2026 to support behavioral, mental and medical services for children and youth with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD); and authorize the Director to sign any additional grant documents and accept any funds awarded.
