Allocate Residential Construction Tax Funds from the Park District 3 Sub Fund within the Subdivision Park Fees Fund (2110.003) in the amount of $100,000 for a grant cash match to the Southern Nevada Mountain Bike Coalition for the construction of additional trails at Southwest Ridge; and authorize a transfer from Fund (2110.003) to the Recreation Capital Improvement Fund (4110.000).
