Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign a ±179,664 SF temporary construction easement on Assessor's Parcel Numbers 161-09-501-001 known as the Desert Rose Golf Course or The Club at Sunrise (Property) to Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) and a subsequent ±2,921 SF easement to City of Las Vegas for removal and reconnection of a re-use water line feeding the Property and sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction.
