Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Ambulance Service Franchise Agreement between Clark County and Mercy, Inc. d/b/a American Medical Response for a term of ten (10) years with an option to renew for five (5) additional years; replacing and superseding the franchise agreement dated February 1, 2016; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
