Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an interlocal agreement among Clark County, Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, Southern Nevada Transit Coalition, City of Boulder City, City of Henderson, City of Las Vegas, City of Mesquite, and City of North Las Vegas to designate each entity's respective role in execution of the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process in Clark County, Nevada.
