Conduct a public hearing to receive objections from the public concerning the granting of a telecommunications franchise to Arcadian Infracom 2, LLC to provide telecommunication services in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County; and to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Telecommunications Franchise Agreement between Clark County and Arcadian Infracom 2, LLC to construct, operate and maintain a telecommunications utility system to provide subscription service in certain unincorporated areas of Clark County, Nevada for a term of five years, with two five-year renewal options; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
