Approve the award of Project 3024 High-T at Paradise Road and Russell Road (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Las Vegas Paving Corporation (Ryan Mendenhall, Director), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
