Approve and authorize the Director of Real Property Management or her designee to award various easements and dedications to and on behalf of Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada on multiple Clark County (County) parcels to provide rapid transit vehicle roadway improvements within the County referred to as Maryland Parkway Bus Rapid Transit and to sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction.
