Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Extension of the Natural Gas System Franchise Agreement between Clark County and Southwest Gas Corporation to construct, operate and maintain a natural gas system to provide subscription service to customers within unincorporated Clark County, Nevada for a term of five years; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
