Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution setting forth the election procedure to fill, for the remainder of the unexpired term, the vacancy in the Office of Justice of the Peace, Department 4, Las Vegas Township, created by the resignation of Melissa A. Saragosa-Stratton; setting forth the dates for candidate filing; the date of the Special Election to be held in conjunction with the General Election; the date that the successful candidate begins the term of office; and providing for other matters properly relating thereto.
