Approve the award of Project 3082 HVAC Improvements at C Gates (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both labor and material bonds and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Martin-Harris Construction, LLC (Jack Livingood, Chairman), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
