Approve and authorize the Chairs to sign an interlocal agreement among the City of Henderson, the City of Las Vegas, the City of North Las Vegas, the Clark County Regional Flood Control District, Southern Nevada Water Authority, Clark County, and the Clark County Water Reclamation District, to establish funding allocations and the budget for the Las Vegas Wash activities for the next five fiscal years, with a 2.5 percent annual increase; or take other action as appropriate.
