Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Interlocal Agreement for Shared Funding for Emergency Shelter-by and between Clark County and the cities of Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas-to share funding for regional efforts and projects that address homelessness (the County's share amounting to $268,541.55); effective July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
