Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution of Intent to Sell ±1.79 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property (Assessor's Parcel Number 177-06-201-006) located west of Rogers Street and north of W Pamalyn Ave; and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign a quitclaim deed conveying the property to the adjacent landowner and any other documents necessary to complete the transaction.
