Conduct a public hearing; and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance levying assessments for Special Improvement District No. 126B - Boulder Highway Strip Maintenance, along Boulder Highway from Interstate 515 to the intersection of Desert Inn Road and Lamb Boulevard, and along Boulder Highway from Flamingo Road to approximately 900 feet south of East Sun Valley Drive.
