Approve and authorize the acquisition by negotiation of portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 176-22-301-004, 176-22-801-003, 176-22-301-002, 176-22-301-012, 176-22-201-019 and 176-22-801-008 needed for construction of the Blue Diamond Railroad Channel project between Blue Diamond Road and Rainbow Boulevard; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign future escrow instructions and any pertinent documents necessary to complete the acquisition process.
