Ratify the Department of Juvenile Justice Services sub-award from Communities in School of Nevada (grant award recipient) through the United States Department of Education (grantor); ratify the acceptance of the grant sub-award of $806,040 for the Full-Service Community Schools Program from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2028; approve and authorize the creation of four (4) grant funded positions: one (1) Management Analyst I/II, and three (3) part-time Youth and Family Assistant positions for the period for which the grant funds are available; and authorize the Director or designee to sign additional grant documents, as necessary.
