Conduct a public hearing; approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution Approving the Lease Clark County (County) Owned Real Property between the County and the Clark County School District for ±1.17 acres of land on a portion of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 243-35-601-003 and 243-35-501-004 also known as 200 and 300 Michael Wendell Way, Searchlight, Nevada, for the use of the Searchlight Elementary School; and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Interlocal Lease Agreement and any other documents necessary for the management of the Interlocal Lease Agreement. (For possible action)
