Approve the award of Project 2365 Central Maintenance and Distribution Facility (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Taylor International Corp.
