Conduct a public auction and approve, adopt and authorize the Chair to sign the Resolution of Acceptance and Sale of Real Property for ±4.07 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 140-08-601-016 located west of N Nellis Blvd and north of E Gowan Rd for not less than the appraised value of $475,000 and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transaction.
