Approve and authorize the award of Project 20001, FWRC Operational Control Center Facilities, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and authorize the General Manager to sign a contract contingent upon the submission of the required bonds and insurance. Staff recommends award to Builders United, LLC (Kallen Kildea, President); or take other action as appropriate. (For possible action)
