Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and WSP USA Inc. (Syndi Dudley, Ph.D., P.E., Senior Vice President) for additional engineering services and to extend the contract term for the Peace Way Bridge at Clark County 215 Beltway project.
