Approve the submission of the grant application to the State of Nevada for American Rescue Plan Act grant funds in the amount of $11,312,186.00 by Clark County Social Service (CCSS) for the acquisition and improvements of a medical office/behavioral health facility for the purpose of a crisis stabilization center; authorize the Deputy County Manager or her designee to sign the grant documents; accept any grant funds awards.
