Approve and authorize the Chair to sign an Extension Agreement for a Rights-of-Way License Agreement between Clark County and MCI Communications LLC ("Licensee"), extending the current agreement an additional six months until September 3, 2024, or until a new rights-of-way license agreement is approved by the Board, whichever is sooner; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
