Conduct a public hearing and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign an ordinance to amend Title 7 of the Clark County Code by adding a new Chapter designated as Chapter 7.200 - Sidewalk Vendors to establish regulations pertaining to the licensing and operations of sidewalk vendor businesses; including definition of terms, establishing findings, applicability, license application requirements, fees, operational requirements, prohibited acts, limitations on hours and locations of operation, penalties, and enforcement; and to amend Title 18 by deleting Chapter 18.03 to prevent redundancy; and providing for other matters properly related thereto.
