Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance to plan and implement the Co-Occurring Disorders Court within Justice Court, Las Vegas Township; to hire one Specialty Courts Specialist ($264,133 over 4-year grant period), hire one Court Compliance Officer ($190,243 over 4-year grant period), includes 10% indirect cost rate, contracted substance use disorder treatment, sober living, wrap around services, and supervision; authorize the creation of one full time grant-funded Schedule I29 Specialty Courts Specialist and one full time grant-funded Schedule C24 Court Compliance Officer; and authorize acceptance of any grant awarded.
