Approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution directing the Director of Public Works to prepare the assessment roll; and approve, adopt, and authorize the Chair to sign a resolution calling for a public hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., on the assessment roll for Special Improvement District No. 162B - for maintenance of the dredging work in the Laughlin Lagoon Waterfront located along and adjacent to the Colorado River in the unincorporated township of Laughlin, Nevada.
