Approve and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign the Amendment and Restatement of Water Facilities Easement for Las Vegas Valley Water District and City of North Las Vegas for ±500 square feet located at 5710 Judson Avenue, Las Vegas, NV (a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 140-21-511-018) to install a Pressure Relief Valve and to execute any other documents required to facilitate the transaction.
