Approve and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign a Right of Entry (ROE) with STNL Henderson LLC for access to a portion of Clark County-owned land located on Assessor's Parcel Number 179-28-501-005 known as the Clark County Museum as part of the proposed private driveway (Sausalito Drive) installation; and sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction.
