Approve and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign a ±96 square foot dedication on Assessor's Parcel Number 162-04-101-002 to the City of Las Vegas to facilitate pedestrian improvements along Charleston Blvd. and Shadow Lane and sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction.
