Approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Resolution of Intent to Sell Real Property at Public Auction for ±4.07 acres of vacant Clark County owned real property identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 140-08-601-016 located west of N Nellis Blvd and north of E Gowan Rd specifying a minimum bid of $475,000; set a public auction date of May 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to sign any other necessary documents to complete the transaction.
