Approve the award of Project 3078 Roofing Replacement at T1 Offices and C Gates (Project) and authorize the Director of Aviation to sign the contract contingent upon the contractor providing both a labor and material bond and a performance bond as required by the contract documents; staff recommends award to Monument Construction dba Monument (Jon Wayne Nielsen, President), the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; or take other action as appropriate.
