Approve and authorize the Department of Environment and Sustainability (DES) to submit an application to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Clean Air Act Section 103 Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) grant funding, not to exceed $355,000 to fund air quality projects and programs through June 30, 2029; authorize acceptance of grant funds if awarded; and authorize the Director to execute any necessary documents relating to the application or award, including an EPA Assistance Amendment to extend the budget/project period.
