Approve and authorize the Chairperson to sign an agreement between Clark County and Clark County Fair, Inc. for provision of the Clark County Fair and Rodeo, held at the Clark County Fairgrounds in Logandale, Nevada, for each of the next five years beginning in April of 2024. (For possible action)
