Approve and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract between Clark County and Horrocks Engineers, Inc. (Wayne Horlacher, Senior Vice President) for additional engineering services and to extend the contract term for the Maule Avenue / Badura Avenue Connection between Tenaya Way and El Capitan Way project.
