Approve and authorize the acquisition by negotiation of a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number 191-04-501-002 (Kun H. & Jung O. Park and Hye S. Kim) needed for construction of the Starr Avenue between Las Vegas Boulevard and Bermuda Road project; and authorize the County Manager or his designee to sign future escrow instructions and any pertinent documents necessary to complete the acquisition process.
