Approve and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management or her designee to execute Amendment I to Lease Agreement between Clark County and Monday's Dark, a non-profit for ±1.25 acres of vacant land known as Assessor's Parcel Number 162-20-212-005 and sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction and manage the Lease.
