Approve and authorize the Acting Director of Real Property Management and Fire Chief or their designee to sign the Interlocal Lease Agreement (Lease) between Clark County and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as tenants as operated by and under the supervision of the Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) to occupy ±45,464 square feet of space in the facility at 1280 W. Cheyenne, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 on APN 139-09-801-010 and to sign any other documents as necessary to complete the transaction and management of the Lease. (For possible action)
