Ratify Las Vegas Justice Court’s grant from the State of Nevada, Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the DUI Treatment Court from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 to increase local matching funds from 20 percent to 25 percent; authorize the Court Administrator or designee to sign any additional grant documents, as necessary.
